Gurreri...are you kidding me? Jump rope is the backbone of the program...I mean, you know, along with diet and the other exercises. But jump rope is THE fat burn. Do not skip the fat burn. Day 3 should mean...5 sets of 60 jumps? Is that right? That is NOTHING. Power through it dude. Power through it today, and it will be that much easier tomorrow. Wimp out today, it will be that much easier to wimp out tomorrow. No excuses.
Dude, I have a fever, left work early and went to bed...BUT I did it. Felt sicker especially right after I my son did a colossal poop....gotta get that kid potty trained.
