Day 12 - Are we Supposed to be Gaining Weight?

I've been sticking to the diet very closely but have seen a slight rise in weight since the end of week one.  Not alot but around 1/2 a kilo.  Is this supposed to happen?

  2. Muscle baby..which answers the question on my blog in terms of having the same weight but going down a belt size.

  3. Yeah muscle, but my brain is so hard wired on the weight number that it's hard not to get fixated on that number for me!!!
