The Perfect Hard-boiled egg

I've heard some people complain about hard-boiled eggs....I tried it this way and they came out good...shell comes right off and the yoke is cooked perfectly..

    Thanks Marc. I also took Brian's advice and tossed a couple in the steamer along with veggies and they turned out fine as well. You get any more boarding in?
