down to 89.3 from 93.5 so feeling pretty good. If I break below 89, it'll be my lowest point in 5 years. I hurt my knee snowboarding 3 weeks ago and the lunges last night did something. I'm wearing a brace with those sticky menthol pads. Jump-rope is not a problem, but extending my knee on it's own is. I may have to do the squats in place of lunges to avoid hurting it any more.
I'm starting to get comments around the office like 'Hey, are you working out or something?'....good motivation from outside the group.
The new diet is leaving me hungry.....
nice one dude, -4kg! my friend used to hav the knee probs, he is a runner and is taking fish oils. maybe patrick can suggest somethign
ReplyDeleteNot if, when...if you stick to the program, you will get below 89, waaay below. Nice work so far dude. Take it easy on the knee. Do as much as you can without doing any damage to it...if that means squats instead of lunges, or if it means no legs at all (beyond jumping) for a few days, so be it. Better to miss a few days now than to screw yourself up for the whole program. But do as much as you can! Keep kicking ass!
ReplyDeleteSIR YES SIR!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, nice job, Marc. Agree a tad on the new diet. Definitely a bit hungry after dinner, but am sure we'll get used to it pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteAWESOME!!!!!! What do you do when you get comments....shrug it off and say thanks or tell them what you're doing?
ReplyDelete89 he says....I can not WAIT to see where you end up.
ReplyDelete89.....Patrick do you want to slap him or should I??
