Sorry everyone, I know it's been quite a while since I blogged. I'm still on the program and feeling good...even with the 20 aftershocks a day and contaminated water. Been reading your blogs as well and looks like everyone is going strong. 90 second planks....I'm not digging this at all. I can do 90 seconds on the first try, the last 3 I barely get to 60 seconds. I'm finding it's not that painful but my entire body starts shaking....
For all the egg whites we are having...I've gotten into the habit of drinking them raw with my milk...I don't even taste anything but my colleagues are calling me 'Rocky'. Is there any advantage to raw over cooked?
Raw and cooked are exactly the same. Good for you man.

ReplyDeleteLove the raw eggs, I still do 2 a day, you don't taste them at all. Looking good Marc, you can really tell the difference from day 1 to now...
