Stomach is GROWLIN....

sure cant' wait for my one egg white and apple for dinner in 2 two hours.  Question:  There's no way I'll be eating like this after the program so I'm concerned about falling right back into my old shape 3-4 months after.  Is there parting 'advice' or instructions on how to maintain after we all graduate?

  2. you'll stay bullet proof if you work at it, even enjoying that italian cuisine.

  3. Yeah - it's called the "put the fork down diet". Mmm baked ziti.. I think the idea is to build your muscle bulk and use these 90 days to get your body thinking you don't need the fat.. you get slim and the muscle bulk burns your excess calories at night.. all good afterwards.
