For those who may have wondered...yes I am still in the program and doing well. Cold is mostly gone and in the groove. I've starving though...and I'm wondering why the protein portions were almost cut in half this week. I thought that protein intake was important for muscle rebuilding yet I was cut from two egg whites to one...the caloric intake of 1 egg white can't be that significant compared to the protein provided?
I must admit, I have cheated and bit into a piece of grilled chicken on occasion.
As long as you bit - and didn't consume (was going to write swallow).. how is your muscle growth? The protein is for that - muscle repair and stuff. We should meet up next weekend - check out the changes. Keep it up Marc.
