I feel great and then I look at the photos and realize there's still a long way to go. I'm down to 88, a total of 5 kilos down...80 here I come.
I was a fiend last night during the exercises, cranked old-school NY Hardcore(not porn, it's music) tore my self apart and totally sore today. I need a band with stronger resistance as I've wrapped them all I can.
Good to hear you're feeling better than you look...because you must be feeling great. You thought that was going to be a dig, didn't you, but no. Do not sell yourself short on how you look dude -- take a good long gander at the Day 1 front shot, compared to your Day 24 front shot. Your face is way thinner, and there are some lines of definition on the side of your gut, as opposed to the big amorphous blob that it was on Day 1. You have come a long way already. Yes there is a ways to go - 65 days to be exact, and then the rest of your (much healthier) life. But you've come a looong way already my friend. Be proud of it, and build on it.

ReplyDeleteI was working out at the park today, and a 64 year old guy comes rocking up and reps out 5 sets of 20 pull ups! Made me look like a 5 year old....
