Stomach is GROWLIN....

sure cant' wait for my one egg white and apple for dinner in 2 two hours.  Question:  There's no way I'll be eating like this after the program so I'm concerned about falling right back into my old shape 3-4 months after.  Is there parting 'advice' or instructions on how to maintain after we all graduate?

Day 46 - Jumping & Lunges

just a note...really like the time-based jumping.  I always lost count before and it broke my concentration.  Regarding the lunges are we supposed to alternate legs or do 20 on one leg, then 20 on the next?

I dreamt of lasagna last night.

Day 44 - Apologies for not blogging

For those who may have wondered...yes I am still in the program and doing well.  Cold is mostly gone and in the groove.  I've starving though...and I'm wondering why the protein portions were almost cut in half this week.  I thought that protein intake was important for muscle rebuilding yet I was cut from two egg whites to one...the caloric intake of 1 egg white can't be that significant compared to the protein provided?
I must admit, I have cheated and bit into a piece of grilled chicken on occasion.

Day 41 - Dam my thighs!!!!

my upper thighs are KILLING me!!!  I'm walking around the office like I've been on a horse for 3 days.  I'm still sick!!!  it's been like 30 days now....WTF!?!?!?!?

Day 38 - Back in the Saddle

Finally the cold has retreated and was able to resume exercise last night.  I missed a total of 4 days so needless to say I'm in pain today.  I made sure I kept to the diet while sick and even cut down on the fruit snacking.  End result, my weight still went down but I'm weak and need to work a bit to catch up.

Day 34 - Ugh..

Glad to hear that most of you are feeling good with all this, I feel like absolute shit.  I've been sick and cannot shake it.  No energy, coughing, flem, fever....all of it. And today still no sign of it dissapating...I thought maybe I was pushing myself even when not feeling well by doing all the exercises so I took the last 2 days off....yes..I did.  I don't feel great about doing so, but I don't know what else to do....I need to shake this dam cold and move the hell on!!  I don't want to skip a 3rd day so most likely will push it tonight then go straight to bed.  If you can't tell, it's really pissing me off!!!!

Day 33 - Weekly photos are up

down to 86.4 from 93 so the pounds are falling off.  I've had this nasty cold for 3 weeks now that will not go away.  Last night it peaked and I passed out as soon as I got home.  I don't know if my body is going through a severe detox or maybe my immune system is not used to the cold strains here in Tokyo (I just moved back to Tokyo after being in Sydney for 3 years)

Day 28 - INDULGENCE DAY!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!

I did it...I indulged, and loved it!!  I didn't go nuts, went to an I-talian joint here in Shibuya, pretty good.  Stayed away from the cream/oil based sauces, and went for a modest portion of spaghetti bolognese.  Felt good.  No wine, which I usually over-indulge in when having pasta.  It made me think that I can modify Mama-Gurreri's recipe a bit and crowbar it into the PCP regiment.  Before you say, 'pasta with tomato sauce, that's it?'  I had a couple of Strong Zero's (8% alcohol, only 60 calories).  I can usually put them away, but I was smashed.

2 things I noticed.
1) I had some cheap cheese before I went to lunch...the pre-wrapped individual serving crap....the real-cheese stuf....anyway..the salt tatse was over-bearing and had to stop after 2 pieces.
2) The chu-hais tasted like liquid chemicals.  I know that's what they are, but it was revolting this time around.  My second drink I went for a homemade shochu mixed with oolong tea...much better.

Day 25 - Photos are up...feeling better than I look..

I feel great and then I look at the photos and realize there's still a long way to go.  I'm down to 88, a total of 5 kilos down...80 here I come.
I was a fiend last night during the exercises, cranked old-school NY Hardcore(not porn, it's music) tore my self apart and totally sore today.  I need a band with stronger resistance as I've wrapped them all I can.

Day 24 - Hungry...

I don't know about the rest of you but the current diet is leaving me hungry to the point where I'm counting minutes to the next time I can eat.  I have to say I do not crave food outside the program, just more of the same food I'm eating now.  Although my wife eating pizza in front of me was not fun.
